Kirsty has a strong background in anatomy knowledge and trained in several modalities including Mat Pilates, Reformer, PT, Yoga and Barre and was a dance teacher from a young age. She draws on this background to provide unique offering to her classes which will keep you focused and challenged.
Georgia is a knowledgeable and passionate trainer, pilates instructor and yoga teacher with an extensive background in exercise physiology . Her friendly, fun and positive personality put clients at ease the moment they start working with her and makes her classes super addictive!
