TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

All classes must be booked in advance through the Pilate Hard App, Mindbody or our website timetable.

Class numbers are limited, and bookings are subject to availability.

Please make sure your contact details are up to date so we can contact you if needed.

 

ARRIVING FOR CLASS

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class, especially if it is your first visit.

For safety reasons, late entry may not be permitted once class has started.

This allows our instructors to properly warm up the class, explain equipment and maintain a safe environment for everyone.

 

GRIP SOCKS

Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene reasons.

If you do not have grip socks, they are available to purchase at the studio.

 

CANCELLATIONS
Pilate Hard has a 5-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel your class more than 5 hours before the scheduled start time, your class will be returned to your account.

If you cancel within 5 hours of the class start time, this is considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations may result in the loss of the class from your pack or a late cancellation fee if you are on an unlimited membership.

NO SHOWS
If you book a class and do not attend, this is considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in the loss of the class from your pack or the applicable no-show fee if you are on an unlimited membership.

 

WAITLISTS
If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. A waitlist is considered a booking.

If a spot becomes available, you may be added to the class depending on your notification settings and booking preferences.

Please keep an eye on your app, email or SMS notifications if you are on a waitlist.

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, the normal cancellation policy applies.

 

CLASS PACKS

Class packs are valid for the expiry period listed at the time of purchase.

Class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.

Expired classes cannot be extended unless approved by Pilate Hard at our discretion.

 

INTRO OFFERS

Intro offers are available to new clients only.

Intro offers are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended, transferred or refunded.

Only one intro offer may be purchased per person.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships are billed according to the terms selected at the time of purchase.

Memberships are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Membership payments must be kept up to date to maintain access to bookings.

If a payment fails, access to booking may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

 

MEMBERSHIP PAUSES AND CANCELLATIONS
Membership pause and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Please allow 48 hours notice for any changes to your membership.

Membership terms, minimum commitment periods and cancellation notice periods will apply as outlined at the time of purchase.

We require 2 weeks written notice for weekly membership cancellations.

 

REFUNDS
Pilate Hard does not offer refunds for change of mind, unused classes, missed classes, late cancellations or no-shows.

In exceptional circumstances, refund or credit requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Pilate Hard.

 

HEALTH, INJURIES AND MEDICAL CONCERNS
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate in exercise.

Please inform your instructor before class if you are pregnant, postnatal, injured, recovering from surgery, experiencing pain or managing a medical condition.

Pilate Hard may recommend that you seek medical clearance before attending class.

Our instructors can offer general modifications, but they do not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

 

PREGNANCY AND POSTNATAL
If you are pregnant or postnatal, please contact the studio before booking your first class.

Pregnancy and postnatal recovery are different for everyone, and we want to make sure you are attending the most suitable class for your body and stage.

Medical clearance may be required before participating.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please take care of your personal belongings while in the studio.

Pilate Hard is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

 

STUDIO CONDUCT
We ask all clients to be respectful of instructors, other clients and the studio space.

Pilate Hard is a welcoming and inclusive environment. Aggressive, unsafe, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings where necessary to protect the safety and experience of our community.

 

PRICING AND FEES 

Prices are subject to change.

Any applicable payment processing fees, including card fees, may be passed on to the client and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

CHANGES TO TIMETABLE AND INSTRUCTORS 
Pilate Hard may need to change class times, instructors or timetable offerings from time to time.

We will always do our best to provide a consistent experience, but changes may occur due to availability, illness, holidays or studio needs.

 

AGREEMENT

By booking or attending a class at Pilate Hard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
