Cancellations by clients (including no shows)

At Pilate Hard we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise from time-to-time.

  • With respect to 6.30am or 7.20am classes, by 9pm the night before the scheduled class.

All cancellations are to be made via the Mindbody online portal.  Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced to ensure that your place in the Pilates class can be offered to someone else who loves Pilates as much as you do.  If we don’t hear from you about your cancellation in accordance with these times (including where you are a no-show to a class without providing us notice), we will not be able to provide you with a refund or class credit and you will be charged the full rate.

If you hold a weekly or yearly unlimited, membership and:

  • Fail to cancel or no show a booked session in accordance with this cancellation policy, a $10 fee will be automatically deducted from your nominated account.
