FAQS
Start with PH Signature. It’s our all-levels class and the best place to build confidence, learn the reformer and get used to the way we move at Pilate Hard.
If you’re nervous, please don’t be. Our instructors will help you set up your machine, explain the springs and guide you through the class with options.
You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced to begin.
We promise you will catch on more quickly then you realise, and our lovely instructors are here to assist and help you in every way, and make sure you’re feeling comfortable.
If you’re new, book PH Signature.
If you’ve done some reformer before and want to build strength, try Build.
If you’re experienced and love a challenge, book Go Hard.
If your body needs recovery, mobility and stretching, book Flow & Stretch.
No. That’s what Pilates helps you build.
You don’t need to arrive strong, flexible or coordinated. You just need to arrive. We’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
Please bring a water bottle, wear comfortable activewear and bring grip socks.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, you can purchase them at the studio.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time.
This gives us time to welcome you, show you around, help you with the reformer and make sure you feel comfortable before class starts.
For safety reasons, late entry may not be allowed once class has started.
We know life happens, but arriving on time helps protect your body, respects the instructor and avoids disrupting the class.
Our classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 people per session.
This allows our instructors to offer individual support, corrections and guidance throughout class.
We have a 5-hour cancellation window.
If you cancel within 5 hours of class starting, you may lose the class from your pack or be charged a $10 late cancellation fee if you are on an unlimited membership.
This helps keep things fair for waitlisted clients and allows others the chance to attend.
Yes, in many cases, but we do ask that you let us know before booking and speak with your healthcare provider first.
Pregnancy is different for everyone, and we want to make sure you’re moving safely and in the right class for your stage.
Yes. We offer pre and postnatal-friendly options, including Pilates with Bubs classes that run in 8–10 week term blocks.
These classes are designed to help you return to movement safely, rebuild strength and connect with other mums in a supportive environment.
Babies are only able to attend specific Pilates with Bubs classes, not regular reformer classes.
This keeps the space safe, calm and focused for all clients.
Please contact us before booking so we can help guide you to the most suitable class.
Our instructors can offer modifications, but we need to know what’s going on so we can support you safely.
For significant injuries or medical conditions, we may ask for clearance from your healthcare provider.
You can book through the Pilate Hard App, Mindbody, or directly through the timetable on our website.
If you’re new, start with our 5 Classes for $55 Intro Offer.
